Offboarding

Offboarding (in HR) is the process of separation between an employee and a company during the resignation, retirement, maternity leave, etc. It consists of numerous operations such as job responsibilities transferring, deactivating corporate emails and passwords, documents return, formalization of the leave, and so on.
