Employee is a kind of worker that is hired by an employer to use their workforce, skills, and qualities to perform work for wages or salary. Employees are hired during a number of tests, interviews, and negotiations, and in the case of success, they get an offer letter with explained working conditions. The relationship between employer and employee is formalized by an employment agreement and other labor documents.
