HR (also known as human resources or recruitment) is the full-fledged business process that consists not only of seeking, training, and recruiting future employees but legitimizing relations with them as well. Besides, the HR team is in charge of the development of employee-benefit programs, monthly salary paying (payroll), and dismissal processes.
