A better, more transparent accounting

Now, you can easily track the status of periods, documents, and transactions within the accounting interface. We'll now show rejected documents and explain the reasons behind rejections, as well as highlight transactions requiring documentation. Previously, these updates were only communicated via email, but now you'll have all the information at your fingertips.

Use case: If a document has been rejected, we’ll show it to you along with a clear explanation of why. You’ll also see which transactions are missing required documents, so you can fix everything in one place.

🔔 Keep in mind: your tax declaration won’t be submitted until all document issues are resolved. Don’t worry—our in-app assistant will guide you through what needs to be done.

Previously, this info was only sent by email—now it’s all in your dashboard, making the process faster and more transparent.

Smarter Transaction Categorization with Custom Rules

Take control of how your transactions are categorized!

In the Transactions and Finances services, you can now create your own custom rules to automatically assign categories based on specific conditions.

You define the criteria—such as whether the transaction is incoming or outgoing, the counterparty, or keywords in the transaction description—and Enty will automatically apply the selected category.

This feature helps you fine-tune our automatic categorization and saves you time by reducing the need to manually update transaction categories.

Automated payment reminders for your customers

With the new Payment Reminder feature, you can automatically send a reminder to your client if an invoice hasn’t been paid on time. No more manual follow-ups—just set it and forget it. You can also generate the payment reminders automatically choosing one of the templates or tailor the text to your preferences.

To enable this feature:

  1. Open your invoice settings

  2. Go to Customize

  3. Toggle on Payment Reminder
