Automate your billing with recurring invoices
Are you tired of manually creating invoices for long-term clients every month? Now, Enty makes it effortless with recurring invoices!
With this new feature, you can set up invoices to be generated automatically on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis—no more repetitive manual work. Whether you're a freelancer, agency, or business owner, this ensures you never miss a billing cycle.
There’s no limit to the number of recurring invoices you can create. Simply set up an invoice once, enable the recurring option, and let Enty handle the rest! Please notice that recurrence is set up after you issue the first invoice.
With our recurring invoices, you get the flexibility to decide how automated you want the process to be. Whether you prefer full automation or a hands-on approach, you can customize your settings to match your workflow:
Autocreate Invoices – Enable this option to have invoices generated automatically at the set interval. If turned off, draft invoices will be created instead, allowing you to review and issue them manually.
Autosend Invoices – When enabled, your recurring invoices will be sent to customers automatically, ensuring they receive them on time. If turned off, invoices will be issued and saved on Enty until you choose to send them.
Notify Me – Stay informed with instant notifications whenever a draft or issued invoice is created, so you're always in the loop.
This flexible setup ensures that you remain in control—whether you want a fully automated invoicing system or prefer to approve each invoice before sending. Test out recurring invoices yourself, we are absolutely positive that you’ll love this feature.
Stay in control with suspicious expense alerts
Unexpected expenses? We’ve got you covered! Our new Suspicious Expense Alerts feature helps you stay on top of irregularly high outgoing transactions by automatically detecting and notifying you whenever your spending exceeds a statistically determined threshold.
This feature is especially useful if your card is linked to services that charge automatically when usage limits are exceeded—like OpenAI API or cloud services. With real-time alerts, you can quickly identify unusual charges and take action before they impact your finances.
💡 Prefer not to receive alerts? You can easily turn them off in the Finances or Transactions settings:
Click the Gear ⚙️ button in the top right corner
Select Alert Settings and toggle off Suspicious Expense Alerts
You can re-enable them anytime for added security
With this smart monitoring, you'll always stay in control of your expenses—without any surprises!
But, we must remind you that our Finances work best when you connect your bank account to Enty, so make sure to do that.
Contracts in your preferred language
Our contracts got lot better! Now, you can create contracts in English, Polish, French, German, or Spanish—ensuring clarity and compliance for all parties involved.
The process is simple:
Create your contract as usual using the standard flow on Enty.
Translate it instantly into one of the supported languages with just one click.
No need to manually rewrite documents or rely on external tools—your contracts will be professionally translated within the platform, saving you time and ensuring accuracy.

DOCX support in Contracts
Working with contracts in DOCX format is now as easy as any other document! You can edit, e-sign, translate, and send DOCX files directly within Enty—no extra tools or conversions needed.
Edit – Make changes to your contract without switching between platforms.
E-sign – Add legally binding e-signatures effortlessly.
Translate – Instantly convert contracts into English, Polish, French, German, or Spanish.
Send – Share the finalized DOCX contract directly with your counterparty for review and signing.
