A class is a group of similar goods and services. There are several classifications that are used in the registration of trademarks. It is important that the selected class correctly reflects your business’s needs. We will independently determine the most suitable class for your case.
Yes, in some cases it is required to register a trademark in several classes. We can do this, however, it will affect the amount of the fee. For two classes, you will need to pay an additional 50 euros, for the third and subsequent classes – 150 euros. The fee for Enty services will not change.
On average, this process takes 6-9 months. This period may depend on several factors. For example, whether the opposition will be filed. Note that working with the opposition is not included in our basic package of services.
