Power of Attorney
Power of attorney is a document giving one person (the agent) the legal right to act on behalf of another person (the principal). The power of attorney is usually used when a person has a disability or cannot attend authority office personally that’s why another person (often, a lawyer) takes care of representation. There can be different rights for an agent to act on behalf of a principal — it depends on the legal sphere, jurisdiction, and composition of the Power.
