Don’t worry, those steps can be easily handled with Enty’s HR service!
- Decide whether your worker is an independent contractor, employee, or DGA according to their role in your company. Use our free tool to check if your worker is better suited as a contractor or employee.
- If you hire an employee, you first must register as an employer with Dutch Tax Authorities. Enty can surely help you with that!
- Agree with your worker on the hiring conditions (gross pay, permanent or temporary contract, duties, etc) and collect your worker’s personal information for payroll taxes details before 1st day of their work.
- Conclude a hiring agreement using this information
- If you hire an employee or DGA, they should be registered with the Dutch Tax Authorities
- If you hire an employee, after starting the work your worker should go through risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E)
Don’t worry, those steps can be easily handled with Enty’s HR service!
Yes, we can provide our assistance! The process consists of filling out a form and mailing to the physical address of the Tax Authorities. As a result, your company will receive a payroll taxes number, a 'Payroll tax return letter', a letter stating the sector with which you are affiliated, and a letter stating the percentage for the Return to Work Fund (Werkhervattingskas, Whk). For extra pay, our accountant can fully overtake this process for you.
When you hire an employee or DGA, your company should do a monthly payroll accounting in order to declare taxes and calculate a specific net salary for that month. Our Standard plan covers all accounting needs including payroll calculation.
