Our users: Samantha Asensi tells about Incorporation with Enty
Feedback from clients is among the most valuable things for Enty. It's impossible to create demanded tools and have a great business performance without knowledge of your customers' opinions. That is why we are constantly collecting feedback on our products to find the right direction to improve our solution.
Today, we have spoken to Samantha Asensi, a digital marketing consultant who has recently incorporated a company LatMedia Agency OÜ with Enty. And by the way, if you are looking for marketing services in Latin America for your company or a startup, try contacting Samantha :)
Jane:
Hi, my name is Jane and I am a CPO of Enty. Today I would like to ask you several questions about the process of cooperation with Enty. First, what was the main purpose for you to start looking for incorporation of the business entity outside of Malta, Spain, or Argentina?
Samantha:
Yes, so I am providing consultancy and digital marketing services for my clients and I am kind of a digital nomad, as I like to travel a lot. So with the COVID, I am now located in Malta and I was looking into opening a company there. But I found a lot of difficulties to set up a company in Malta. Mostly it has to with AML procedures, as Malta allows gambling and Forex, so they apply quite strict regulation for all companies that operate in the digital area. Such strict regulation affects people like me — startups basically.
I really would like to change a lot of things there. Yes, the tax climate is quite good in Malta but it's so expensive and super hard to get a bank account if you want to set up two companies.
In this context, I started the research about setting up a company in Estonia. And I believe this country matches my requirements fully. The process is much easier and cheaper for me, that's why I don't need to be in Malta anymore.
Jane:
Yes, we totally understand that. And we think that Estonia is great because of automation and flexibility.
Samantha:
Yes, what's really impressive and a strong point is that everything can be done online: opening a company, providing tax reports, and many other things.
Jane:
Yeah, that's the main pros of e-residency. Also, have you considered any other options? Not Estonia, maybe other countries?
Samantha:
Previously, I've considered only two options: Malta and Spain.
Jane:
And what criteria did you use when choosing the service provider? Have you probably seen that there are other companies in Estonia that helped with incorporation?
Samantha:
I was doing my research about Estonia and found your advertisement on LinkedIn. I checked the website and saw a super easy and straightforward service. I liked the idea of cooperating with friends, young company and I decided to move forward with you. Even though there were more experienced companies with longer timing the market than you had.
Jane:
Okay, that sounds great. And are you satisfied with the process of incorporation with Enty?
Samantha:
Totally satisfied, honestly. You were doing follow-ups and helping me with everything all the time. If something was delayed it was because of a third party.
Jane:
Okay, that sounds very nice, like we've asked you to say that in advance:) But was there confusing stuff that maybe took too long?
Samantha:
No, the only thing now is that I'm getting emails in Estonian, which I don't understand. I have to put it on Google Translate and read it this way. Maybe it is a promotion or advertisement. I don't know. But it is also not because of you.
Jane:
Yeah, this kind of letter is very annoying for us as well. I don't know how to solve this problem now. The problem has to do with the fact that company email is a piece of public information in Estonia. You can change your company email and show a different one from your main one, I think that's the only solution.
Now you're interested in opening a bank account, but maybe there are other services that you might need? I'm asking because we are rapidly developing our tools and services and maybe there are some that you will need from us? If there are any ideas, you can easily tell us the craziest ones.
Samantha:
I am interested in the only services that you can provide now to make my life easier, so I have purchased accountancy and probably won't need anything else now. The main thing that I need to do know, as you said is to open a bank account. The thing is that we would like to do the process fast and another thing that we would like to work with cryptocurrencies too.
Jane:
Sure, we can help you with that, you can either request assistance from our team or use our banking quiz first. It will help you choose a solution to open a bank account by answering a few simple questions. By the way, our accountants can help you process crypto transactions as well and include them in a report too. For example, if you are using some Ethereum wallet, you can just send the CSV from the chain explorer and our accountants will process it easily. We can help you do that as well :)
Samantha:
Thanks for your answer, I think I will need to take a closer look at it and decide what will suit my company best.
Jane:
I'm really glad that you're satisfied with the service. Thanks for your time and for sharing positive feedback. If you need anything you can ask us and we'll try to help you with every issue, just feel free to contact me directly. We'll try to help you solve any task you have.
Samantha:
Thank you, too!
