Back-Office Processes with Ease: Product Updates on Enty. Winter of 2023

In February, we’ve released payment links — a feature that allows your clients to complete payment by clicking a link on the invoice.

How it works? Everything is simple. First, you’ll need to enable payment links by creating a payment account with our partner.

After setting up the account, the link will appear in your invoice just like in example below:

Another cool thing is that you won’t miss the payment. Once it’s completed, we will notify you about that.

Together with payment links, we’ve also updated the appearance of the invoicing section.

And of course we added new actions that you can perform with invoices:

• you can DELETE unpaid invoices
• you can MARK an invoice as UNPAID
• you can CANCEL a paid invoice and issue credit note

Contracts section now has a fresh new look! We've collected feedback from our users and improved the main page of the Contracts service.

Now it's easier to find a document that you need. First, you have different categories of contracts that you might need for specific cases. And, we've also displayed all contract types in a more convenient way.

We’ve added new types of documents to the Contracts section. In the Netherlands, users can now generate DGA Employment Agreement in Dutch, Purchase Agreement in Dutch. Business Proposal and Loan Agreement were released both in Estonia and the Netherlands.

Outside of that, we’ve also added a form where you can request document type that is not yet available on Enty.

At Enty, we always try to make our tools easy to use but we know that some things may be unclear. So, if you will face any issues creating a contract, click the “How to use” button to open a guide on creating contracts with Enty.

Outside of that, we’ve also fixed some bugs, improved UX, and made the service better for your company.

In the Company section, there is a cool looking card with your main company details that you can send to counterparties or use to fill out company information somewhere. Now you can send it to counterparties directly from Enty. Just go to the Company section, press the “share via email” button and choose one of the counterparties from the list.

Some of our users wanted to change the hiring documents on the platform. To solve this problem, we’ve added the ability to download documents in the .doc format. So, now users can download the documents and make the necessary changes.

We’ve upgraded uploading process in accounting. With new changes we’ve decreased time of upload from 5 secs to less than a second.

And we’ve also didn’t mention bug fixes and improvements that are not visible at first. We will make sure to bring some more cool features to you in the near future. In the meantime, explore Enty yourself!
