Enty aims to provide the best services on the market for all our clients. To make this happen, we constantly collect feedback from our users. This time, we have spoken with Nikhil Ranjan, a full-stack developer at Premiurly, who shared his story and experience with Enty. Enjoy!

Jane:

Hi, Nikhil! My name is Jane and I'm a CPO of Enty. Today I would like to ask you some questions about the incorporation in Estonia. As I know you are from India. Could you please tell me a bit more about your business and why you wanted to open a company in the EU?

Nikhil:

Hi! Yes, I'm from India but I live in Berlin for the last 3 years. I've worked for an open-source company. Basically, they were a non-profit organization funded by web3.foundation and were focused on the development of blockchain-based solutions.

After that, I received a grant for the development of a governance tool. So, it's not like a full-fledged organization or a startup. A tool is up and running, we receive grant money on a monthly basis to run the project, and we wanted to open a legal entity for this project.

Previously we've incorporated companies in India but we wanted to try a European one now, as it brings a lot of advantages for us and that's when we've discovered such opportunity in Estonia.

Jane:

Wow! That sounds impressive. First of all, congratulations on winning the grant. I guess it's a huge thing for you. Secondly, thanks for the answer. Also, have you considered any other countries apart from Estonia? Why have you chosen Estonia?

Nikhil:

Actually, we have considered Germany, as I live here now. But we didn't find a product like Enty in Germany or some kind of alternative to the e-Residency program. Moreover, my visa doesn't allow me to incorporate a company here. That's why we've started searching for alternatives and found out that you can freely open a company in Estonia.

We've liked the regulation and the general concept of running a company there and found Enty.

Jane:

So, you've already started talking about Enty and I would like to ask you a bit more questions about the process. First of all, there are a lot of service providers on the market, why did you decide to move on with Enty?

Nikhil:

Yeah, the user interface and the simplicity of the product became major factors. You're right, there are other offers on the market but they are not as simple. I can say that Enty has a cool user interface and the incorporation process is very smooth. Also, everything is clear with the design and the website: it leads you through each process, like step-by-step, and you always know what to do next. You make certain actions and get your company incorporated.

Jane:

Okay, that sounds nice. And did you like the process and the communication with our client managers? Was there anything that you didn't like or would like to change?

Nikhil:

No, it was very professional and, like, clear enough. They helped me with the registration website that was fully in Estonian :) So, there were some challenges, obviously. But the client managers helped me to jump through all the obstacles.

Jane:

Awesome! Which other services do you think you might use to help automate the processes of your company? Maybe there's something else you need from Enty to help you?

Nikhil:

Could you please tell me which other services there are except the incorporation?

Jane:

Oh, yeah. I mean, accounting automation, assistance with documents, templates, maybe with invoicing. Things like that.

Nikhil:

Nice. Yeah, I will definitely need that. We don't actually need invoicing, but accounting and tax filling we might need. So I will contact you to clear it up

Jane:

So I guess I've got the answers to the questions. Maybe you would like to add something? I would be very glad to hear even negative feedback because I'm here to improve the process. I will be glad to hear the truth if you didn't like something.

Nikhil:

I have a question about the subscription but we can handle it later. Nothing else to ask.

Jane:

Okay, that's fine. Thank you for coming to the call. So, you received my email now and if you face any difficulties we will be glad to help. Just feel free to ask me, Arina, or Alina any questions. Bye!

Nikhil:

Goodbye!
