What is a
Payment Link?

Payment Link is a URL that leads to a special payment page. On it, your customer instantly completes a payment by choosing one of many convenient methods. Enable the feature in Enty’s invoicing section and the Link will be generated each time you issue an invoice.

How it works
- Get preparedIn just several minutes, set up a payment account by filing an application from our partner. Once the account is approved, you can create Payment Links!
- Issue an invoiceJust enable the Payment Link feature while creating your invoice. Send an invoice with a pre-built link through Enty or copy and forward the link yourself.
- Receive a paymentOnce a customer pays an invoice, you’ll be notified in our app and by email. The money will be sent from the payment account to your IBAN within 3-7 days. The commission will be applied automatically before the payout to the IBAN.
- Take care of accountingIf you’re our customer with a Standard plan or above, the payment will be automatically reflected in our accounting. If you have your own accountant, we will provide you with the statement from the payment account on a monthly basis.

For the most curious ones
You will get the money from the payment account to your IBAN. The minimal amount of payout is €1.
Note that there is a time gap between the payment of your invoice and the payout to you. It takes up to 7 business days after the transaction day for new clients (in cases where less than 90 days have passed since the registration of the account) and up to 3 business days for accounts older than 90 days.
The payouts will be made on a daily basis. Most banks deposit payouts into your bank account as soon as they receive them, though some may take a few extra days to make them available.
To make it more transparent for you, we will notify you each time your invoice has been paid online and the funds from this transaction have been paid out.

Enty’s not a bank, so cannot deal with the payments. That’s why our licensed third-party provider is involved to collect the payments for you and organize payouts safely and legally. Don’t worry, our partner has all the licenses and permissions to serve payments.
It’s possible as the payment provider has its own compliance procedures that Enty does not control.

The information about the payment method and an applied fee will be shown in each notification about a successfully paid invoice.
If your invoice is nominated in Euros, your customer will be able to pay with any of the payment methods we offer. If your invoice is nominated in any other currency, only card payment will be available for your customer.
